We're seeking a motivated individual with a commitment to continuous improvement to support various functions across our Workplace Solutions group insurance division. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, adaptable, and eager to expand their knowledge to enhance our customer service capabilities. Your role will be pivotal in fostering positive customer experiences, supporting our associates, and contributing to our evolving culture as our business demands change throughout the year.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Hourly Wage (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
    • Associate Flexible Staffing Specialist: $22.50 - $25.00, plus annual bonus opportunity 
    • Flexible Staffing Specialist $24.50 - $27.00, plus annual bonus opportunity 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • During times of increased workloads caused by seasonal effects, workforce adjustments, or unexpected business outcomes affecting customer experience, you will assist different business units within Workplace Solutions. 
  • You will perform diverse tasks as an integral team member of each assigned function, acquiring valuable skills for future assignments. This includes completing training, conducting quality reviews, and tracking associated tasks for each assignment/function. 
  • You will build and sustain strong, productive working relationships with personnel across all levels of the company, ensuring the successful completion of every assignment. 
  • You will have the chance to broaden your knowledge of Workplace Solutions, work with diverse teams, and have exposure to multiple division leaders. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to swiftly learn and navigate multiple systems. 
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and continual learning. 
  • Excelling in cross-functional collaboration and adapting seamlessly to fast-paced, evolving environments. 
  • You help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. 
  • You are able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection, and are located in the United States or Puerto Rico 

PREFERRED:

  • Compass, GSAP, BAM process update knowledge
