This position supports Senior Health Solutions efforts to optimize the performance of digital media tactics within the Direct to Consumer distribution while partnering with peers across the segment to design and launch of new tactics that help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our business.


  • Supports efforts to optimize the performance of digital media channels (Paid Search, Social, Display etc.) by testing and synthesizing key learnings around audience performance (prospecting/remarketing), targeting, frequency etc.
  • Manages the performance of digital campaigns against annual budgets and serves as primary point of contact for quarterly reprojections.
  • Partners with peers across the segment to test and learn new digital media tactics.
  • Performs analysis of digital tactics and shares key learnings with key stakeholders to help inform strategic direction.
  • Conducts on-going business performance reporting. including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Supports efforts to diversify our acquisitions channels and build a balanced multi-channel marketing engine.
  • Partners with the modeling team to influence modeling inputs and leverage insights for media optimizations.

This job posting is reflective of the Sr. Associate Marketing Analytics & Reporting level essential functions, qualifications, and physical requirements.  The Associate Marketing Analytics & Reporting level has variable essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements.  Competency and skill set will determine level of placement within the posted job family. 


  • 3+ years of experience in media analytics, preferably with a focus on digital media.
  • Experience focus on digital media tactics, such as Paid Search, Display, and Social.
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google/Bing Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital media platforms is a plus.
  • Hands on experience and very competent with data extraction, data manipulation and visualization to help illustrate key points. SQL experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Experience with developing and conducting presentations
  • Self-motivated, driven and hungry for growth, acute sense of ownership
  • Ability to work in a team

  • Minimum: $79,767 Maximum: $115,617
