We’re looking to add to our team to manage MMM (Marketing Mix Model) & MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) at Mutual of Omaha. This role will play a critical part in ensuring optimal allocation of media budgets to enable the company to meet and exceed top-line growth targets. In this role, you will be responsible for end to end project/solution management including data collection, vendor management, socializing and sharing outputs/insights, running simulations and working with marketing teams to implement recommendations. This role is perfect for a collaborative self-starter who enjoys working with different teams to share knowledge, explain data and promote best practices. This role is responsible for enhancing marketing performance across all business units in Mutual of Omaha’s DTC business. This crucial role has high visibility with Marketing and BU leadership and opportunity for growth as the demand for this work increases as well as partnering with the digital team as the growing emphasis on ecommerce and digital media investments continue to grow.  


  • Works with analytics leadership to develop, expand and adjust marketing attribution, performance and ROIs within stated media budget.
  • Coordinates data collection and vendor management activities, including the day-to-day relationship of our media mix modeling and measurement partners
  • Implements and administers MMM/MTA platforms and tools with vendor. Performs testing and troubleshooting to ensure input data quality.
  • Collaborates with marketers, analysts and leaders to marketing and media performance. Develops requirements/scope, configures scenarios, and works with vendor to monitor and improve marketing performance.
  • Effectively tells stories using insights from MMM/MTA to explain marketing performance.
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed to further business objectives
  • Operates in a highly matrixed team environment and partners effectively across a team of individual contributors or outside digital agencies/consultants.
  • Keeps pace with marketing attribution industry trends and developments.
  • May have direct reports over time.
  • Travel - up to 20%

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in business, marketing, computer sci or equivalent experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passionate about data
  • 3+ years of experience managing MMM/MTA or similar programs and reporting
  • 3+ years of experience practicing digital or marketing or business optimization
  • Proficient with MS Office (powerpoint, word, excel) and visualization tools (tableau/looker/powerBI)
  • Strong project and vendor management skills
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail
  • Strong presentation building and facilitation skills, ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Effectively tells stories using insights from MMM/MTA to explain marketing performance.
  • Comfortable with senior management presentation writing, communications and tight and clear insights from tools such as MMM, MTA, Experimentation results
  • Fast learner with impeccable attention to detail, process orientation & a high degree of motivation to be proactive and go above and beyond the task at hand


  • Familiar with call center and web analytics tools including Google Analytics
  • Familiar with SQL data extraction from databases
  • Experience in insurance or financial services industry

  • Base compensation range: $90,859 - $149,917
  • Pay commensurate with experience and position is bonus eligible per company policy.
